4Common problem
What materials should be used for bathroom partition decoration? The design of the bathroom is mainly focused on convenience, safety, easy cleaning, and aesthetics. Due to the frequent presence of water vapor indoors, the interior decoration materials must mainly be waterproof and moisture-proof.
1. Toilet partition floor material: The floor should be made of waterproof, dirt resistant, and anti slip granite, with a height 10-20mm lower than other floors. The floor drain should be 10mm lower than other floors to facilitate drainage.
2. Toilet partition wall material: The bathroom has the largest wall area and must choose materials with strong waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and mold resistance. Easy to clean tiles, marble, mosaics, and other materials come in a variety of colors, and can be patched with rich patterns. They are also smooth and easy to dry, making them very practical wall materials. However, it is important to pay attention to consistency with the color of the floor materials.
3. Toilet partition top material: The top surface is most susceptible to mold due to the influence of water vapor, and waterproof and heat-resistant materials are preferred. Generally, colorful formed aluminum buckle plates and acrylic formed ceilings are used. These materials have strong water resistance and are covered with insulation materials on the surface, making them ideal materials for bathroom ceilings. The specifications are mainly 120mm wide strip and 300mm * 300mm square, with two surface structures: flat and micro hollow. Acrylic formed ceilings have lower prices but are prone to aging; Colorful formed aluminum buckle plates are expensive, but they are diverse in color and durable, making them the main material used for modern bathroom ceilings. In addition, aluminum-plastic panels or calcium silicate panels are also used, with the latter being coated with cement paint on the surface, which is cheaper and more waterproof.
Steps for installing bathroom partitions
Step 1: Install the fixing plate
Find a suitable position on the wall and draw the centerline of the fixing plate. Look for several screw holes for fixing on the fixing plate, and then drill several holes on the corresponding centerline of the wall. Put the plastic sleeve into the hole, and then use expansion screws to fix the fixing plate on the wall.
Step 2: Install and adjust the base
According to the pre designed construction drawings, locate the base position on the bathroom floor and draw the centerline, then fix the base (the base position is about 20 centimeters away from the edge of the partition board)
Step 3: Install the partition board
The first two steps are to pave the way for the installation of the partition board. The function of the fixed plate and the base is to fix the partition board. Place the partition board on the adjustment base, then adjust the height of the base so that the partition board is close to the fixed plate on the wall, and then fine adjust the height of the base so that the partition board is a certain distance from the ground, about 15cm, and then use a level ruler to determine the level. After everything is adjusted, Fix the partition board to the fixed plate and adjustment base with screws.
Step 4: Install the pull rod
Cut and fix according to the actual length of the compartment. When the straight pull rod is connected flat, a circular joint sleeve and an urgent connecting spring plate must be installed inside the pipe to ensure that the joint is flat and sturdy. The joint should be inside the upper tension fixing plate to increase aesthetics. For the 90 degree angle pull rod of the compartment, a 90 degree angle joint formed by aluminum alloy injection molding is used to connect the pull rods at both ends of the angle. Fix the terminal rod on the wall with screws using a convex circular wall fixing sleeve. Use screws to connect and fix the pull rod to the upper edge fixing plate of the column together.
Step 5: Install the column
Fix the tension rod fixing plate with screws in the middle of the column
